The Ithaca Commons

State Street, Downtown
Felt by many to be the heart and soul of Ithaca retail shopping, cuisine, and local culture, The Commons is an Ithaca landmark. The three main pavilions are used regularly for concerts, demonstrations, and exhibitions. Gift shops, restaurants, and other businesses line the pedestrian avenue and surrounding streets. Fine crafts, new and used books, furnishings, sporting goods, music, art, clothing, and a movie theater are featured offerings.

The DeWitt Mall

The Ithaca Guitar Works, bookstores, an antique shop, a toy store, the world-famous Moosewood vegetarian restaurant, and a host of other specialty shops, boutiques, and galleries occupy this unique space.

Collegetown

College Avenue, Eddy Street, Dryden Road
Flanking the Cornell campus, the Collegetown area features a variety of retail offerings ranging from clothing to bicycles to fine cigars, as well as copying services, travel agencies, convenience stores, and a variety of restaurants.

East Hill Plaza

Convenient to East Hill (where Cornell is), this shopping plaza has a supermarket, liquor store, laundromat, beauty shop, a hotel, restaurants, and several banks and university offices.

Community Corners

Located in Cayuga Heights, this shopping center has several specialty shops (quilting, pastries, flowers, framing), a bank, travel agency, automobile repair shop, women's clothing, a deli, and a fine restaurant.

Cayuga Mall

Anchored by a P&C grocery store and TJ Maxx Co., this strip mall features various discount shopping outlets, a Chinese restaurant, and a pharmacy.

Triphammer Mall

Restaurants, specialty food shops and caterers, a fabric and craft store, fine jeweler, clothing boutique, and other shops and services can be found at this covered shopping plaza.

South Meadow St. and Ithaca Shopping Plaza
