2-1-1 Tompkins/Information and Referral, a program of the Human Services Coalition of Tompkins County, is a free, confidential, 24-hour helpline that maintains a comprehensive database of health and human services available to those who live and work in Tompkins County. 2-1-1 Tompkins connects callers with over 650 non-profit and government organizations and 1300 programs serving the Tompkins County community.
