Learning Assessment Workshop for Graduate Fields

This workshop targets assessment at the graduate level by emphasizing simplicity, feasibility, and effectiveness and features Dr. Barbara E. Walvoord, a nationally  recognized expert on assessment.

The session begins with the importance of assessment and identifies the basic steps in the assessment cycle. Examples of establishing learning goals at the graduate level and selecting appropriate measures of those goals are provided. Viewers will emerge with the tools necessary to collaboratively develop an assessment plan in their field.
