Thanks to Scandinavia Fellowship

This is a special fellowship for entering graduate students from Denmark, Finland, Norway, or Sweden. This is a recruitment fellowship, available in any Graduate School degree program in any field of study, and is not available to continuing graduate students.

This fund was established in gratitude for the humanity and bravery of the people throughout Scandinavia who protected persons of the Jewish faith during and after World War II. Cornell can award two new Thanks to Scandinavia Fellowships each year. The fellowship includes a $17,600 stipend for one year (no summer support), student health insurance, and full tuition. The fellowship may be used to top off money from another source, external or internal.

Interested students should contact the field of study to which they are applying by the first week of February.
